Michael R Wigley - Chairman & CEO - Since 1989, Mr. Wigley, an entrepreneur, has been president and chief executive officer of Great Plains Companies, Inc., a diversified holding company. Wigley has B.S. and B.C.E. degrees from the University of Minnesota, a M.S. degree from Stanford University and a M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. Wigley serves on the boards of several private and non-profit organizations and is a former Chairman of the Board of Regents of Luther College.

Brian J Jackson-President & Treasurer - Mr. Jackson has a strong background in early stage medtech finance and analysis. Over the past 20 years, companies where he was an executive officer have raised over $35 million of growth capital in a variety of transactions including public, venture, private and bank financings. Jackson is a co-founder of PepTx, a bio-pharmaceutical firm and serves as Vice President, CFO and Director on a part-time basis. Jackson is also President of Bayside Capital, an executive financial consulting firm working with early stage medtech companies. Jackson holds a BSB from the University of Minnesota with a major in accounting and a double minor in finance and economics. Jackson is the co-inventor on one US Patent in cardiovascular technology.
